What is EFT?

EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Technique. Yes the name sounds strange and perhaps the process may sound stranger. It works by tapping with your fingertips on acupressure points along the body's energy meridian lines to rebalance them and clear them of any blockages. Sometimes people describe it as acupuncture without the needles, also having it's origin from China.

Emotional freedom comes from releasing the limiting beliefs that have kept you stuck in a situation or way of thinking. This could be in the form of a low self esteem issue perhaps believing that you are not good enough stemming from an early childhood event or memory. This core belief could be atributing to the way you live your life today. Not going for a job promotion at work, choosing romantic partnerships not right for you or feeling that your not worthy of the good things in life.

By tapping on these emotions that you are feeling it helps to bring them to the surface and finally release them, giving you freedom to live the life you want.
